Art Journaling – Week 1
For our first week of art journaling, we were prompted to use nature as our muse. I’m surrounded by nature living just miles from Joshua Tree National Park. And since a friend and I have been taking our kids for weekly hikes in the Park I’ve had plenty of opportunities to capture nature all around me.
And then our leader on this journey through a bonus opportunity to create at us. i think she was inspired by the recent polar vortex, which I could only experience via all my east coast freezing friends on Facebook. I would love it if the weather we’ve been having in the desert recent weeks would be like this all year long.
