It is officially Fall so I thought I would share one of my favorite recipes: Pumpkin Spice Latte Cupcakes.
They require a slew of ingredients and a little effort to make but…THEY ARE DEVINE!
If first made them in the Fall of 2011 as my potluck treat for the monthly Heart Link Network Meetings I used to attend here in Joshua Tree. When you’re meeting up with fellow business women who can cook, you’ve got to make something special to stand out in the crowd. And these cupcakes were a huge hit with the ladies of Heart Link.
And I always had to make sure to have plenty of whatever recipe I was cooking up monthly for my family as well. Otherwise my husband would not be too happy with me slaving in the kitchen all day only to come home to a cold dinner of leftovers, etc. LOL
