This has been my project for most of the weekend, hence the black and white screenshot from my computer. First I went through my checklist which you can read about here to prepare my computer for the move to Windows 7. Microsoft did not make it easy for me as I was one of the Vista holdouts. Windows 7 wiped out all my installed programs. Windows 7 also told me a few lies, one being that I would lose all my files such as photos and video. They were actually set aside into a file entitled “windows.old” Could have saved myself a few hours not having to back those up in many different places.
And even though I did many backups, I lost all of my Blog RSS feeds that I subscribed to. So if you would, please leave me a comment today with a link to your blog so that I can do the U2 thing and “I Will Follow”
